Information We Collect

• Orders. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, so we can process and deliver your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and mailing list. Information you choose to provide when you contact us or subscribe to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Technical information. Basic technical data collected automatically by our infrastructure, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use a cookieless analytics service to count page visits; it does not identify individual visitors. Our payment processor also sets cookies during checkout, which are strictly necessary to process payment and prevent fraud. We do not use session-recording tools.

We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and records what you do on the Site — pages you view, products you add to your cart, checkouts you start, and purchases you complete, along with the order value — and sends that to Meta. When you complete a purchase, our server sends Meta a matching record that includes a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your email address, name, and shipping city, state, and ZIP code. Meta uses those codes to tell whether a buyer had seen one of our ads. Meta may also use this information for its own purposes under its own privacy policy.

We use this to measure whether our advertising works and to reach people likely to enjoy our games. To limit it, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Because this involves an advertising cookie, it does follow you to other sites where Meta operates.

How We Use and Share It

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to your messages, send emails you signed up for, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — payment processing, hosting, order fulfillment, and shipping — each limited to using it to provide their service to us. We also share the advertising information described below with Meta, which uses it under its own privacy policy rather than only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your Rights

You may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we’re legally required to keep). Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy laws may give you additional rights. Use our contact form to make a request.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults making purchases, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
